Terms and Conditions:
Winners will be notified by email and online. No correspondence will be entered into upon the decision of the winners.

1. I acknowledge the competition is for a photography session on location in a pre determined location by the studio, and sessions must be booked for a date within 1 month of winners being announced.

2. The session includes the time on location, and access to the high resolution files in a download gallery active for three months.

3. I understand no physical product is included - I will receive the download files only. I understand I am able to use these files for personal use only. I understand I am able to purchase additional prints and products if I required but they are at additional cost.

5. I understand the total value of the prize is $750 per session and it I not redeemable for cash, product or any other type of session. It is bound to a family portrait session only.

6. The Photographs must not be resold as digital files, hard copy prints or in any other format. The photographer has the right to seek financial compensation if this occurs.

7. The high resolution download provided by the photographer (if purchased) is for personal use only. We are happy if you share your images on social networking sites (such as Facebook) but please make a note that they were captured by Natural Lights Photography.

8. Natural Lights Photography retains copyright and has permission to use the images taken by the photographer for photography competitions, exhibitions, editorial & any other advertising purposes.

9. Although all care will be taken with the digital files captured at the portrait session, photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver images for any reason at all, to return all money paid. The digital files will be kept on file for a period of 6 months, after this time the photographer is not liable if the files are lost or destroyed.

10. Natural Lights Photography reserves the right to alter any photograph prior to its use or sale.

11. I/We agree to the possible all use of images by Natural Lights Photography as per any studio requirements, including but not limited to- Studio Display, Website, Blog, Facebook, Advertising material and third party marketing ventures.

15. The Client warrants that they are the individual electronically signing this Contract.

16. I, am the parent or guardian of minors involved in the shoot and I have the legal authority to execute this release on behalf of the child/ren. In consideration of the child’s engagement as a model and for other valuable consideration received, I give Natural Lights Photography, legal representatives, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to take and use photographs of the child named below taken by the Photographer (“Photographs”) in all forms, media and manners, in conjunction with the child’s or a fictitious name, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes.

17. The Photographs must not be adjusted or altered in any way, including but not limited to filtering images or screen shooting and reporting which might affect their appearance, quality or overall aesthetic.

18. The Client acknowledges that the Photographs have been edited to the highest quality and any adjustment or alteration of the Photographs will result in a decline in the image and aesthetic quality of the Photographs.

19. The Client understands and agrees that, to the greatest extent permissible by governing laws, the Photographer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from this contract.

20. The Client may cancel the Contract without penalty, if reasonable notice is provided to the Photographer at least seven (7) days prior to the Scheduled Date. If changes are required with the seven (7) days prior, a 50% re booking fee is required.

21. If the Client cancels the Contract less than two (2) days before the Scheduled Date, the Client will forfeit the full cost of the session.

24. The Client acknowledges the Photographers are not responsible for any behaviour management for any minors present in the session. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring the participating child/ren behave in a manner suitable for a photography session.

25. The Client acknowledges the nature of the session and will be responsible for time management - ensuring on time arrival and prompt ending with all participants. The Photographers can not be held responsible if sessions are shorter in time due to late arrival. Time sessions must be kept to the booked time as other bookings are immediately following.

26. The Client acknowledges the Photographers are not responsible for adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to rain, storms, natural disasters, wind, snow and extreme heat) and if such occurs all effort will be made to reschedule the booked session at a later date.

27. I understand I will receive further information and updated about this promotion and will be added to the studio newsletter. I understand I can opt out at any time.
